8 months

Today is Ev's

8th month birthday!

It's a little surreal and I'm not sure how exactly to feel about it.  Of course I am happy but still, like I always say its bittersweet! How has 8 months gone by so fast? How can such a tiny little girl turn into such a big spunky, happy goofy little girl?

Ev this month

Likes:

Food: formula, fruit, COOKIES, cereal puffs, "real" food like mash potatoes, ice cream. Yogurt.
Toys: hair brush, magic wand thing thing, Her saucer, books, rubber duckies, glow worm, squishy peguin, tea set, foam letters, lotion bottles.
People: Grandmas girl! She loves her grandpa too. and of course her mommy!
To do: Playing toys! shopping, car rides, feeding the ducks, walks. Watching TV. Me singing to her, me dancing for her. She LOVES dancing. snacking. Teasing the dogs, and petting them too. Making loud noise and playing peek a boo.  bath time!
Shows: Mickey mouse clubhouse of course and choo choo soul.

Dislikes:
Getting dressed, being put down for naps, being left alone, playing by herself. peaches. Getting out of the bath. top gums being touched.

weight: I would guess 18 lbs 9oz
Height: I would guess 28 inches

First Easter!


New things:

Starting to wave and crawl. She rolls ALL over. She decides peas are alright. She can now eat regular formula! Hallelujah! she likes to fake cry. It sounds like she says "mama" "nana" "hungee" and "hotdog" yes hotdog, you can thank mickey mouse! Shes learned how to hit and slap and scratch. She doesn't mean it to be mean but she knows the motion. She dances ALL the time. If she sees dancing on TV or if I dance in front of her, she will do this spaz motion, like an Irish jig sort of and go all out, This girl is a dancer!

Today to celebrate little miss Ev's 8 months, we went out to hang out with Rachel and Liam! Ev isn't so sure about Liam sometimes because Liam can crawl and get into everything and he's a little rough with miss Ev. Of course if Ev can kick him in the face, then him hitting her isn't so bad lol That really happened..

We started off by going to the mall. Liam was hungry so he started crying.. then Ev started crying and Ev and Liam kept trying to scream louder and longer then each other. lol Me and Rach were cracking up because they would take turns to scream. Then finally Rach went to the backseat and fed Liam and gave them cereal puffs. We went to forever 21 and found some stuff but then Ev was now hungry and she was turning into a demon. She screamed at these ladies that said she was cute lol. So we ate lunch and fed Ev. We shopped, found some good stuff and then went back to Rachel's.
we then took the babies to the park where Ev thought it would be totally awesome to eat sand. yes, sand. She would reach down and grab handfuls and try to put them in her mouth. I shake them out of her hands and then she'd cry and try to lick off the remenents. Oh, dear..
But it was late so we had to go home. Ev got a bath as soon as we got home lol Then I let her roll on the floor and practice her crawling. She's so close to crawling it's not even funny! Also she sat her self up from laying flat on her back! and shes holding her bottle better. :) It's so crazy to me how much shes learning and growing. Sad but so awesome all at the same time! I love this little lady!

it was just a good day! Ev was happy and good all day and I had people come up and tell me how adorable she is! I love it. :)
