Would have to be my insulin pump. I mean its pain most of the time but it keeps me alive and gives me the good stuff (insulin) I once heard it called "life support" which is technically true, but "life support" sounds so serious. Maybe it is serious but I don't feel that way. I mean i could live a while without my pump (not without being extremely sick) but I could. This little thing just makes my world go round and keeps me feeling good and living life. So its prized. Plus its a pretty cute looking life support artificial pancreas :)
