hmm a first.. is there a first of mine worthy of talking about? I can talk about the first time being pulled over.. uhhh well it was a dark night when I was finally off of work.. my hair was a mess and I wasn't feelin' my best (K I'll stop rapping this post) but anyways.. I was just ready to be home. As you know I live kinda far from my humble abode, so it takes a while to get home. I was just done with that stupid day and I was doing my thang and speeding. I noticed the light was turning red and my favorite thing to do is to speed through them. Its my guilty habit but I do it all of time. Well this time I underestimated how close I was to the light, because I wasn't close enough at all to make it through the yellow. I realized that half way through speeding through it and decided that it would be smart to try and brake. well.. that didn't work out, I didn't hit the brakes soon enough and as I looked to my left I saw a cop looking to turn left onto the road I was driving on. grrreat. I knew I was going to be pulled over, so I took the liberty of pulling off to the side before the cop even had to turn his lights on. I was so scared but I knew I was going to be pulled over so I did what I thought I should do, I pulled out my license and my registration while the cop walked up to my car. He walked up and said "you know why I pulled you over don't you?" and I said "yes, I'm so sorry, I really tried to stop, I'm so sorry" then he said "be more careful next time" and walked away.. I WAS SO LUCKY! I was so happy the cop was a nice guy and didn't give me a ticket, although I did deserve one. SO grateful! I thanked him and thanked my lucky stars and my lucky sock (I don't have one but I thought I would throw that in there) I told my mom about the incident and she was of course a little upset that I had been pulled over. but I didn't get a ticket so I wasn't crying over it! Now I'll I need to do is remember to NOT try and make it through the yellow light!
see these cupcakes? I want to make them! and I pretty sure they would be rather simple. I mean chocolate cupcakes, with white frosting and rainbow sprinkles, add a mini Reese's cup and make that all cupcakey and call it a cupcake! yes, I plan on making these SOON! thanks Marissa for sending me this picture!
