good news!

Yay so some good news! I probably shouldn't blog about it or really say anything about it because well, it may not work out. I feel like I'm going to jinx it but I'm just soooo excited!
I got a call back from a job the other day for an over the phone interview that went less than perfect. I got an E-mail today asking to complete another assessment. I didn't really understand. So I was going to complete it when I got a call from them. Just saying I was still being considered for the job but they had no appointments available for a face-to-face interview. So I decided to take the assessment after since it said to complete within 24 hours and I figured it was just another tactic to weed people out. So I took it and it said to call a number after which I did. The guy who I talked to said that they filled the position I applied for but since I did so well on the first assessment they were considering me for a higher position! I told him I completed it and he was surprised at how fast I did. Then about 20 minutes later he called back and scheduled me with a face to face interview for Monday!! He said I passed the other assessment perfectly again!! I'm soooo nervous and excited and happy! Even if I don't get it, it gives me hope!

I'm going to celebrate by buying myself a BIG diet pepsi and some less-than-healthy snacks :)


But im very nervous for monday.. I have to "role-play" for the job. what the hell. I better freaking practice. I'm not a saleswoman type but hell, I have to be for this job! So we'll see if I can pull through and do this!! wish me luck!


by the way.. the job is for a car rental place. So I'll be renting out cars to people at the airport. I originally applied for customer service, which was basically greeting people who were coming in and directing them to where they needed to go. I wanted to apply for the salesman part but I didn't think I'd be much of a candidate for it.. well I guess I am!

in other news. Ev's been a little bumhole today.screaming, crying, throwing fits. She won't eat or nap. Oh and she won't even play. She was only content trying to bite my fingers off. I about had enough so I had to lay her in crib and let her cry and she eventually fell asleep. Holy buckets, that girl puts up a fight!
