I got this from Jaquies blog and I thought it was fun, so I stole it :)


1. Egg nog or hot chocolate?


Hot chocolate for sure! I get it for free at my work :) Plus if you buy the candy cane hershey kisses and put them in your hot chocolate, they melt and make it more chocolatley and pepperminty. YUM.

2. Does Santa wrap presents or just sit them under the tree?

Santa will be wrapping this year. Mostly because i know it will be interesting for Ev.

3. Colored lights on tree/house or white?
It really depends on the look you're going for. but either way I like them both!

4. Do you hang mistletoe?
Nah



5. When do you put your decorations up?
Beginning of December usually. That's what I did this year!


6. What is your favorite holiday dish?
does peppermint bark count?! cause I LOVE it.




7. Favorite holiday memory as a child?
Playing barbies under the grand piano with my cousin lol. Driving around looking at lights. Going to see the temple lights with my family and that Jesus show they do.





8. When and how did you learn the truth about Santa?
I think I was eight. It was pretty bad. I also found out that the tooth fairy and the easter bunny didn't exsist either. It was sad. now that I look back it was strange to believe in all of those things. haha

9. Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve?
Usually.


10. How do you decorate your Christmas tree?
Kind of old fashioned. I used red, gold, white and green balls, gold beads and ribbon. poinsettas and santa ornaments. I also put little crocheted snowflakes in there!
then Ev's little tree has cupcake ornaments and purple glitter snowflakes and pink and purple balls. It's super cute and girly!

11. Snow! Love it or dread it?
It's very beautiful but I HATE HATE HATE driving in it. I'm always terrified! (I was in a car accident because of it) so I'm always cautious. but it makes everything look beautiful.

12. Can you ice skate?
yes! I love it. I went last year and it was fun.


13. Do you remember your favorite gift?
my barbie house! I LOVED that year.


14. What’s the most important thing about the holidays for you?

Spending time with people you love and celebrating the season. I love going to look at lights with my family, ice skating, snow tubing ect. I even love going shopping. Not necessarily to buy stuff. I don't really care about presents anymore. I don't expect any from anyone and i didn't get any for anyone this year haha.


15. What is your favorite holiday dessert?
Peppermint bark!!!!!!!


16. What is your favorite holiday tradition?
Going to my grandparents christmas eve AND christmas!

17. What tops your tree?
A star


18. Which do you prefer: giving or receiving?
not going to lie, I like receiving. haha but I do love giving also, especially when it's the absolute most perfect gift. If I could give everyone I love a perfect, just what they want/need gift, then I wouldn't care if I recieved anything at all. This year is mostly about giving.. to Ev.. since I doubt I'm getting anything. But a gift to Ev is like a gift for me too haha

20. Favorite Christmas show?
ELF! I don't know how I lived my life for so long with out. Its been a favortie ever since it came out. Pretty sure I've watched it a few times already lol.



21. Saddest Christmas song?
I don't know. I only like happy christmas music.
