Day 12. Midnight snack of choice
I'm going to have to go with cereal. I really have a bowl of cereal at midnight most nights. Let me tell you, its delicious and refreshing and I love it. I was advised giving up cereal would probably be best right now. (Because cereal can raise bloodsugars fast) but I can't! Its the only thing that sounds good most of the time. Talking about cereal makes me want cereal now. lol
